What need's to be done

As a Gm i need to know what every one thinks of the guild and what need's to be done in the guild here you can post what u think about the guild and what we need to do you may be blunt.

Being blunt will not get you kicked it will just help the guild out.

Raid are coming
and a guild may be joining us

I think you should leave a list of requirements for every guild level. i mean, what you should do to ascend from initiate to member and so on. Also, change the default level names, change initiate or member or officer to more attractive names, that will incentivate people to ascend in the guild, contribute more, making our guild more powerful, for that, you should be very aware of what people do for our guild, check constantly the bank and guild logs and make public notice of the more active people by giving them gifts. this way, our guild members will feel they arent just carrying a guilds name but representing a group of excelent WoW players, they will feel that, when they sit 3 or 4 hours a day to play, they are part of something.
